The Caretta Cradle has been purpose-built to securely mount and power your Carpe Iter Caretta navigation tablet on virtually any motorcycle.
Unlike generic tablet holders, the Caretta Cradle has been engineered specifically for adventure riding, combining a robust mechanical locking system with integrated charging and data connections. Simply insert the Caretta into the cradle and it automatically locks into place while providing continuous power whenever your motorcycle is running.
Whether you’re tackling TET routes, long-distance touring or daily commuting, the Caretta Cradle keeps your navigation device securely mounted and fully powered throughout your journey.
The cradle uses a spring-loaded retention mechanism to firmly secure the Caretta during even the roughest off-road riding.
When you’re ready to remove the device, the integrated ejection lever allows quick and simple removal, while the built-in lock provides added security when leaving your motorcycle unattended.
Unlike a simple USB mount, the Caretta Cradle intelligently manages power delivery.
By default, power is supplied only once your motorcycle’s charging system exceeds approximately 13.2V, helping prevent unnecessary battery drain when the engine isn’t running. The Caretta then operates directly from the motorcycle’s electrical system while docked in the cradle.
The Caretta Cradle uses the industry-standard AMPS mounting pattern (30 × 38 mm), making it compatible with a wide range of motorcycle mounting systems and brackets.
