Did you know a new BMW replacement headlamp unit can cost somewhere in the region of £600 to £1000?   So if you pick up a stone chip, it’s bad news for your bike and your wallet.

There are many head light protectors out there on the market place but which one do we buy?  Where is it made? Is it good quality?   Well this one is designed and manufactured by a fellow GS rider like you and me.   I reached out to him and asked him to put a complete kit of colours together for A BIKE THING so you can pick and choose what colour you like from week to week.   I think you’ll find the Amber, Fluorescent Yellow and Frost Blue really complimentary.   Maybe the Emergency Blue colour is a little bit on the brave side and quite possibly edging on the side of illegal.    Which one would you fit?
